Mopoke Readers provide general reading practice for children aged 7–9, as they develop their reading fluency and apply comprehension strategies to fiction and non-fiction texts. They are suitable for teacher-led group and individual reading sessions, as well as independent reading groups, classrooms, libraries and at home. Each non-fiction book contains some preview activities, and comprehension activities at the end of the book, including a quick quiz and discussion prompts to prepare for a simple writing task.
